4. Submit your application and documentation
5. Stay in communication with your lender throughout the process.

- 2 years W2
- 2 years Tax Returns
- 2 months Bank Statements
- Homeowner Insurance Policy
- Please include agent name & Number
- Mortgage Statement
- Property Tax Bills
- HOA Office Number & Mailing Address
You've submitted your application to Refinance.. Now What?
The next step in the refinance process is going through a home appraisal and underwriting. We may order a new home appraisal to verify your current home value. We then will review your documents and offer conditional and/or final approval for your new loan.
